Osae-waza is a term for pinning techniques in Japanese martial arts. It describes a scene from a practice I was at a few years ago. I’ve been interested writing more about the martial arts lately. Mostly because I don’t get to be on the mat as much as I would like. Maybe when my kids are older I’ll get to be more active. In any case, I do carve out time as I can.
